All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged due to shipping, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photgraphic proof of damage is submitted to Rustic Country Candles within 7 days of delivery.
